HOMESHIP VaarChalet 1250D Luxe. A new series, robustly built VaarHuizen. The new standard in well sailing "Houseboats". This "houseboat" features the modular, proven, monohull underwater hull. This unique monohull concept ensures that each HOMESHIP has very good sailing and maneuvering characteristics.
The VaarChalet is available in a standard version (from € 295,000,- excl. VAT) and in a LUXURY version (from € 315,000,- excl. VAT).
Extensive photo report will be available soon, but it can already be viewed during Boot-Holland in the WTC-Expo in Leeuwarden from March 8 to 12.
For vessels from 1985 and younger, the seller must be able to prove that VAT has been paid. Vessels from 1984 and older are exempt from VAT.
